The AC condenser in your Ford converts the refrigerant into a liquid in order for your AC unit to use it to cool you off in the summer. If the condenser starts to leak, the AC cannot blow cold. If you notice warm air when it should be cold, check the condenser and replace it with an OEM Ford condenser.
