BlueSpringsFordParts.com sells only genuine auto parts. These are superior parts that meet Ford's expectations for a quality product. In the rare case that you receive a part or accessory that is defective, we will work with you within the boundaries of the manufacturer's warranty rules.

Generally speaking, Ford offers a 12 month, 12,000-mile warranty on the genuine replacement parts you buy from us. However, you should always check the manufacturer's website for the exact warranty details as they are subject to change. If you find you are eligible for a return under the warranty, here's what to do next:

  1. Call us at 1-800-248-7760 with your VIN and a copy of your receipt handy.
  2. If we think the part is eligible for a return under the manufacturer's warranty, we will provide you with an RMA number.
  3. Ship the part to us in its original packaging along with the invoice. Be sure to write the RMA on the outside of the package.
  4. Our team will inspect your returned items and contact you with the next steps.

It is up to the manufacturer to determine, through its sole discretion, if the product is defective in materials or workmanship. Warranties are non-transferrable and terms are subject to change.  

Limited Liability: The foregoing remedy of component replacement is at the manufacturer’s discretion and is the buyer’s sole remedy.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied. It includes the replacement of the failed component. It does not include installation labor, nor does it cover any consequential damages caused by loss of use of the vehicle or failure of the component. The manufacturer’s maximum liability under this agreement shall not, in any case, exceed the price of the product claimed to be defective. There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
