By placing an order on our website, you agree to the return policy as outlined below.

Can I return a part?

Yes, as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your order and the part is unused, in its original unmarked packaging with the original invoice, and in resalable condition.

Can I exchange a part?

Yes, you can opt to exchange a part instead of returning it for a refund.

How do I return or exchange an item?

First, make sure the part is unused and in its original resalable packaging. If it is, take the following steps:

  1. Contact us for a return authorization number
  2. Write the return authorization number on the original invoice and the outside of the package
  3. Ship the package to us*

* We accept no responsibility for lost return shipments, so we highly recommend getting a tracking number for your return shipment.

What if you sent me the wrong part?

In the rare instance that this happens, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipment label. The wrong part must be returned to us within 30 days.

What if I ordered the wrong part?

You’re welcome to return it as long as it’s within 30 days of receipt and the part meets all of the requirements listed above.

How long do I have to return or exchange a part?

You have 30 days after receipt to contact us for a return authorization number.

Can I return or exchange a part for any reason?

Yes, as long as the part meets all of the requirements listed above.

Are there certain parts I can’t return?

Yes. There will be no returns or exchanges on:

  • Discontinued parts
  • Older parts
  • Special orders
  • Electrical parts

All of the above parts are considered “final sale”.

Do I have to pay any restocking fees?

There may be a restocking fee of 20% depending on stocking status. All returns after 30 days are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. You’re responsible for return shipping fees. The only exception is if you have to return or exchange a part because of a mistake on our part.

How long do returns take to process?

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

You will receive your refund 5-10 business days after your return is done processing.

What if the part is defective or damaged?

Please call us right away. We’ll help you start the claims process with FedEx and then send you a working replacement part as soon as possible. We recommend inspecting all packages before signing for them.

What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund?

Since we’re not responsible for lost return shipments, we can’t issue a refund. That’s why we highly recommend getting a tracking number for your return shipment.

What if someone else purchased the part for me and I want to return or exchange it?

You can return or exchange the part as long as the person gives you the original invoice.

What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?

Please call us and we’ll help you start the warranty claim process.

What is a core return/core charge?

A core charge is the price we’d pay for your old part. You'll get a discounted price on a new part if you send us the old part.

Here’s how the process works: Let’s say we have a $150 part. We’re willing to sell it to you for $100 if you agree to send us the old part, which has a $50 core charge. We’ll sell you the part for $150, and then refund you the $50 core charge when we receive the old part from you. Ultimately, you’ll pay $100 plus your old part for a brand new part that costs $150.
