What happens if you send me the wrong part?
If you've ordered the wrong part, please return or exchange the item for the correct part. If we send you the wrong part as a result of a Blue Spring Ford Parts error, call us at 1-800-248-7760 to initiate a return.
What happens if I order the wrong part?
Please start the return process within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll exchange with the right part or issue a refund.
How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?
Parts can arrive at your doorstep in as little as one day depending on the type of shipping you choose at checkout and your location. See our shipping policy for more information.
What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?
You may return a part as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your order and the part is:
- Unused
- In its original unmarked packaging with the original invoice
- In resalable condition
To return the part, take the steps outlined in our return policy.
What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?
Please call us right away. We’ll help you start the claims process with FedEx and then send you a working replacement part as soon as possible. We recommend inspecting packages before signing for them.
Do you ship outside the continental US?
Yes, we do. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
Yes, we do. We offer second day and next day shipping.

Do you offer a warranty?
Some products come with an optional 24-month extended coverage that can be applied at checkout for an extra fee.
How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?
Installing OEM parts does not affect your vehicle’s warranty.
How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?
All our products have fitment information on the page, and our comprehensive search function allows you to search by your car’s year, make, and model. You’re also free to call us to verify fitment via VIN.
Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?
OEM parts may be a little more expensive, but they are made to your Ford vehicle's exact specifications. OEM parts also typically come with a warranty, whereas aftermarket parts don't. It's simply not worth the risk to purchase aftermarket parts. You may end up paying less up front but the costs down the road could be significant.
