Shipping Policy

ATTENTION!

EFFECTIVE 1/14/2016

All Orders over $500.00 will not be eligible for Smart Post Shipping.  Any orders totalling over $500.00

will require a signature at the time of delivery and a $5.00 handling fee will be applied at checkout.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY BILLING. SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS OR THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

All orders will require a signature at the time of delivery.

 

SmartPost
Delivery time: 5 – 10  business days after shipment based on the distance from our MO warehouse. All SmartPost orders that exceed  the requirements will ship out Federal Express Ground. If this happens then Federal Express Ground rates will apply. We will notify you of any changes. If your part has to be SPECIAL ORDERED from the factory your delivery time will be from the date the part arrives at our warehouse.
Shipping Costs: 12.5% of total order or a minimum of $12.95 for orders totaling under $100. 00 (See below for oversized items)

 

Ground
Delivery time: 2 -5 business days after shipment based on the distance from our MO warehouse. If your part has to be SPECIAL ORDERED from the factory your delivery time will be from the date the part arrives at our warehouse.
Shipping Costs: 14% of total order or a minimum of $14.95 for orders totaling under $100. 00 (See below for oversized items)

 

2nd Day
Delivery time: 2 business days after shipment based on the distance from our MO warehouse. If your part has to be SPECIAL ORDERED from the factory your delivery time will be from the date the part arrives at our warehouse.

Shipping Costs: 36% of total order or a minimum of $36.95 (See below for oversized items)

 

Next Day
Delivery time: 1 business day after shipment based on the distance from our MO warehouse. If your part has to be SPECIAL ORDERED from the factory your delivery time will be from the date the part arrives at our warehouse.
Shipping Costs: 47% of total order or a minimum of $49.95  (See below for oversized items)

 

OVERSIZE ITEMS: Including all body parts and or interior pieces, require extra shipping charges due to weight and dimensions. We will contact you by e-mail to inform you of oversize or heavy part shipping charges. Your order may be delayed if we do not hear back from you in a timely manner.

Not all discontinued and/or older parts are available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts. They are considered “Final Sale.”

Some parts may need to be special ordered as they may not be in-stock and/or readily available for immediate shipment. Special order parts are not returnable.
