The great part about SEMA is seeing all the custom modifications on display. The bad part? Seeing all of them sitting on display and not tearing up the track or an off-road course. The guys at Hot Rod Unlimited have taken our dream ride, a SEMA ready 2013 Ford Mustang. Check out the video for more.
The 2013 Ford Mustang has an Edelbrock E-Force supercharger that improved on the Mustang's 11:1 compression and pushed out 575 hp. It also came equipped with Mickey Thompson Tire's Street Comp package consisting of "specially-selected wheels and tires, and a lowering kit", according to MotorTrend.
Associate Editor Jesse Kiser took the Mickey Thompson Tire's SEMA car to the American Street Car Series event: Run to the Coast. This is the first event for of the season and features a speed-stop challenge, autocross, and 2.1-mile road coarse, according to the YouTube page.
What a cool car and a cool video!
